Yesterday was a mixed bag of eating because HD is gone; I ate a reasonable amount. Went to the store and bought salad fixings for the next couple days. Adjusted the menu my sister and I planned for company next week. Offered to make a healthy soup instead of take out one night.

Thanks for keeping me on the list, mare. My weight has been bouncing around the same 2 or 3 pounds for months, and I know it's because I'm very inconsistent about keeping to my plan. The good news is that I have stopped snacking after dinner, except for an occasional carrot. And now I need to check in here regularly, pester my coach, and do the rest of the work. Credits for today so far: Checked in here Ate planned breakfast

Happy Monday. Had a decent day yesterday; avoided salty snacks and had an apple with PB2 instead. Scale today was not pretty but I didn't let it derail me. I decided to go back to IF (16-18 hours) instead of "listening to my body". I found I was listening too carefully and allowing myself to eat when hunger instead of ignoring it. I need VERY specific rules and guidelines. So, that's when I am.

Yesterday was a good day. My WI (unofficial) was good; that keeps me motivated.
The IF yesterday "forced" me to tolerate hunger and not entertain all the "when and what" to eat thoughts that was taking up space in my brain. Plan for today is complete. Now I'll execute it.

Daily WI up 0.4 Weekly WI maintained Meditated Did PT exercises. Re-engaging with that again since I'm starting to have some pain issues. After 15 months of PT pretty foolish to not to do my daily exercises. So second time this week and a few last week. Read ARC plus a few more cards Read posts and posting Eating while seated most of the time Contemplating a spring detox diet cleanse.

Here. Had a good day yesterday but didn't need to take the sample at Sam's club. Oh well, move on... WI not great but I'm OK with it. Oh well, move on...
I have my lunch packed and ready. I'm done walking and will go lift weight before I get ready for work. Hopefully I will get done early enough today to do yoga when I get home. Tonight I have 2 sisters, 2 BIL (plus us) for supper. Have not seen one sister since last June. Supper is done (soup and charcuterie). I have a plan...now to execute it!

Wow, it's been a rough Beck-weekend but I'm here, checking in... I did accomplish all my planned exercise for the week and step average was 12K per day. So, credit for those. While I had several meals with lots of company, I turned down a brunch invitation and tonight talked them into a light meal at home (I have healthy leftover soup, veggies, charcuterie board stuff) instead of going out. I will take club soda to drink.
I could have done worse but I feel pretty worn out and over-fed...

I responded to STs last night when I was a bit hungry at 10 pm and thought about getting a snack. I talked myself out of it and was pleased that some of the responses in my cards popped into my head!

I am continuing to tweak my eating to a healthier level by eating many more vegetables and substituting grains for simple carbs. It is helping me be less hungry. This is not a new revelation just a forgotten one.
Easing back into this slowly. This is my third week of being BDS conscientious part of the week. My schedule is a little different on the weekends so I need to figure out how and when to do my cards and posting to remain mindful. I noticed that I quickly forget not to eat while standing.
