Hi, Two healthy OP meals enjoyed and tracked today, including a nice salad. And then ice cream.
Purposeful movement-continuing explorations around the neighborhood with Sweetie in her stroller. She noticed the large group of geese that were approaching at one point, but didn't lose her cool.
I found a couple of new recipes I'd like to try sometime soon, and noted them on my meal plan pad.

Hi, Tracked at least 2 healthy meals/day over the weekend. Had a few beers, but didn't go crazy. Had a good deal of purposeful movement. lani what's the link of the other message board? I inadvertantly deleted it from my saved group. Thanks!

lani, I signed up for an all-access subscription to a site that publishes weaving and spinning magazines and they have a bunch of videos on their website that I haven’t watched. So I am watching and recording them on my laptop, while knitting. Reading always makes me want to snack but I’m sometimes too brain dead for anything else. This is pretty brain-dead although I do listen to what is being taught and knit something simple while doing so. The recording will be there if I want to watch it again after my subscription lapses. i subscribed for 2 years. Lots of videos!

Cyn, I know what causes it. I take Sudafed at night to keep from getting stuffed up. The antihistamines I'm taking aren't able to control all the upper respiratory drip that I have. I just switched one of them to another to see if that helps and the new one is one of the anti-drowsy ones so that made it worse. Now I'm playing with which one I take in the am and which one I take in the pm (they work on different pathways) to see if that makes a difference. If it does, I can avoid the Sudafed. I'm giving up on switching up the antihistamines. The drowsy making ones seem to help with the Sudafed awareness. The one that is non-drowsy is making the insomnia worse. I went to bed at midnight and I can't believe I slept till 8 am this morning and had to run around getting things ready for the cleaning lady who comes at 8 - unlocking the door, taking my laptop upstairs, etc. She was parking her car as I unlocked the door!
