Aug 20 credits: I didn't do much yesterday at all. I had a bunch of things to do around the house before I went out to lunch, came back and ended up just vegging because I was tired.

I am going to be pretty sporadic till the middle of Sept. I am volunteering at the county fair this week and then I have a busy few days till go to CA to see my daughter and return around the middle of Sept. i am hoping to keep up the stretching program when I’m with her but the current few days don’t have enough time for anything.

Aug 27- 29: I think, on the whole I did ok. However, I did eat in the evenings and late at night when I shouldn’t have. I haven’t exercised but except for Aug 27, I got a lot of steps in.
Tomorrow is a lot of sitting on a plane and I know I’m going to be stiff at the end of it.
