Morning! Count me in for a good Thursday!!!!! Mindful eating: Had a slight run in with after work snacking but I curbed it and had a PERFECT dinner. Nothing but veggies and they were tasty! Activity: calling for rain again so I skipped my run and guess what. NOT A SINGLE DROP. Damnit, GA! I need to run!  Q, love the photo! You look so happy! I hope I look that happy in my wedding photos.  |

Sherry, at the bottom of every page is a window with a blue REPLY button at the top right corner and a Post Quick Reply option at the bottom left corner.
You can use the little up/down arrow at the right to take you to the bottom of the page.
I think right now your best bet is to use the quick reply option. Just go into the window and start typing a response. Then hit the quick reply button.
Edited to add: if you hit the REPLY button, it brings up a slightly different view of the window and I think more of the bells and whistles are available.

We've had a good bit of rain this week but we're in a major drought. Everything is dead around here. We need the rain and all but I could have gone running yesterday! Hmph.

This post coming at you from a hotel in Andover, MA. Took us 8hrs to get this far. WAY too many people crawling around on this area of the crust of the earth!
Whew. But pizza has been delivered, and we are going to turn in thuper early so we can get up at dawn and be in MAINE by breakfast!

I am giving myself uuuuge credit tonight. I got to the gym to do my training miles and didn't have my ipod with me. I had an hour long negotiation with myself while I forced myself to do it all without any music. A flippin' miracle for me.
I can go without it if I'm outside, but not on the tm.
Yay, me! Now I'm having some pizza and a rare-for-me caffeine free diet coke.

I'm really glad we're still together, you folks really help me a lot.
I'm prepared to go to Orlando and set Sherry up...pool time sounds good. LOL.

Now the NEW button is working again, brought me right to Pepper's new post!
And I love that the little number appears on the Bookmark tab up on top so I can tell there's new stuff on one of my bookmarks!
Sherry was only posting in the comments, not the big white reply window, Pep.
I'm trying to get down to 127-I've been having a rough time getting and staying below 130. I might have to consider that set point thing, but I was good at 127 for 2 whole years. Not really sure what changed.

I need to dream up a grocery list today and do the shopping. Leaving the house doesn't really sound like something I want to do, though.

I hope this is where I want it to be.....LOL.
Been busy. Have the two littles for the weekend. Yesterday we went to see Tarzan....he is truly swoon worthy. Today we are going to the Childrens Shakespeare Rep Theater to see Beauty and The Beast. Going out to dinner afterward.

Greetings! It is a steam room outside today AGAIN 😡 Does it tell you something that my snow and ice scraper is still in my car? Just took it took the car wash and vacuumed it since I have my friend from Wisconsin coming down tomorrow. Don't want her to see how I really live. Cyn - WTG on doing your treadmill run sans music. Treadmill minutes are at least 3 times as long as outdoor run minutes, even the hot and steamy ones like today. I got 11+ miles in by starting before the sun came up. Didn't cool off much overnight.

Thanks, Regina. I'm not going to do any outdoor running until I've got at least one more week of training under my belt. I want to make sure I've gotten my running legs fully acclimated before I hit uneven surfaces.

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. I am lying in bed looking at the Atlantic Ocean and some islands. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful, hate me because you're not here with me. And by that I mean in bed, of course. *waggle* Okay, enough about me. Look at pretty Sherry! Sherry, I have Faye Dunaway all lined up to play you in the movie. And I don't know what made me happier yesterday; Peppers loss, or Cyn's running victory! Well done! I am so with you on the iPod being more important than air when running, Cyn. We need to swap music ! My fave this week is American Woman. MrWonderful gave me an iTunes gift card for Christmas and I can buy music for running whenever I hear a good one. |

I am so jealous-I haven't been to the real ocean in many years now. Lake Michigan doesn't smell of saltiness and the Gulf of Mexico just isn't the same to me.
Q, I'm listening to my iPod in alphabetical order by song title, which is a lot of fun. I try to guess what the next song is going to be. Right now I'm in the 'E's'-Elderberry Wine was a good one. I had to ff past Eve of Destruction-seemed a little too prophetic.

While I suppose I have had too many vacations this summer, I still envy and would love to go on the Maine vacation.
Pep, you did well on a hungry with so many ap's. Yesterday was fun. Today is Jumpin Joeys bounce house after breakfast.
They go home at 4 and dad and I always look at each other and heave a huge sigh at the quiet.
