DH brought home some leftovers, salmon, broccoli, mashed yams which I had for dinner last night. They were good, but what I had leftover from my own cooking would have been better (shrimp and salmon scampi). I have one more serving of that left - and it's mine! not DH's.

I'm still around. Got home last night, weighed this morning. Down 1 pound. That's for two weeks. I guess I'm just going to hang at 1/2 a pound a week. I'll take it.
Still tracking. Getting some exercise. Headed out tomorrow to see my girls, then have some work and home next Wednesday.

I took two days off from here because my head wasn't in the right place. But it is there now. No more sugar. I resisted STs last night but it was a lot easier than it has been the past week.
I haven't been exercising because I have been catching up on garden work - it finally has cooled down here a bit - and my knee complains after. I don't want to stress it. It is better though. I am going to lift weights today after I'm done with the garden. I hope today is the last day I have to do work outside for a bit.

Still journaling, even if it is just a sentence or two. Sleep Retraining continues and is going fairly well.
Reaching the point where I feel hungrier even though my calorie intake hasn't changed-remaining mindful that this is normal and I am going to experiment with changing up foods to improve satiety, as well as increasing my water intake.

Here, Also having some meh days, and some sugary days. I pitched most of the sweet treats from Greece my neighbors brought me as a thank you for being vacation mom to their kitty. I also need to tweak some things wrt protein on days I eat all meatless. Or maybe just do 2 out of 3 meals, not all 3. Credits: I have been tracking everything. I stuck to my beer budget at soccer pub on Saturday. I've been listening to my body wrt hunger and satiety cues.
Working on my meal plan, got a little behind on it this week.

Here. Back in town and headed to work today. I need to pack my lunch; I have freezer things and will also be able to throw together supper. Yesterday was a travel day and my BD. Put those together and it equals not horrible, but not great choices. I did say "no thanks" to all the airline snacks offered so CREDIT for me...
I did my morning exercise, now off to pack lunch and work.

Not so good horrible bad day yesterday. Ate a whole bunch of sugar for no reason except that I got annoyed with a bunch of people. And had another insomnia night. Eyes are really tired this am. And this was after I actually resisted a bunch of STs successfully. I really need to get back to labeling these things - all of this was cravings
I am having a tooth pulled today (wisdom tooth that is loose) so I'll probably eat less today and go to bed early. I won't be exercising

Tooth extraction was easy. Still on naproxen for pain, obviously but I was able to eat somewhat normally yesterday. I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have eaten per plan. I hope to continue that today. I had a headache (as I usually do after dental work) and so took a long nap in the afternoon.

Still traveling. Still tracking but the snacks are taking up more of the calories than my meals. I need to get back to a routine. I think I'll be home for 7 days after Tuesday so I'll use that time for a reset. Have a good weekend.

Normal day yesterday. I decided to change up my cardio. Walking and running still are hurting my knee - it is sore after. So yesterday I did 10 min each on bike, rower and elliptical and my knee didn't hurt. I'm going to slowly increase to 15 on each which is about what I was doing running. That way I hope my knee will get better while I maintain my cardio capacity. From everything I'm reading, the pain is due to weaker and inflexible hips and IT band so that is why I'm doing so much hip stretching/flexibility and IT band stretching.
Came home from a meeting last night and didn't snack. Went up to bed. That is a big credit.

Crazy day yesterday. This week is going to be nuts for eating because I am going to be volunteering at the county fair. It is 45 mins away. I will be in and out of the house. The good news is that I don't eat fair food. I bring my own. I might get a milkshake or ice cream from the Girl Scout booth if it is very hot, or I might just call it quits and come home.
Yesterday I went to our spinning guild meeting and I didn't eat the cider donuts.
