Happy Monday all, lani, hope you are feeling much better. I had a decent weekend, not top-notch but full of some good choices and lots of movement. Slept well last night so I'm ready for the week. I head out of town Thursday til Sunday. At my DD and SIL. He is an excellent cook and everything is top-notch healthy. They snack some but overall it will be pretty easy. AND, lots of exercise.

Meh, yesterday was not a good day. I was tired, snacked when I shouldn't have. Had to cook twice - my sister and nephew came for lunch and my dad and SO decided they didn't want to eat their usual lunches for dinner instead.
Today I have to get my butt off the couch and get some things done instead of just sitting and reading, which makes me want to snack

Had a good day today; avoided the cookies and candy at work. Then I had some WFH to do before supper and DH got some Easter candy out, had some and put the bowl next to me. I told him "do not put that next to me" LOL. I didn't have any Supper as planned but had too much on my plate so didn't finish.

Last night I took melatonin and didn't take my pseudoephedrine and slept like a baby. I woke up a bit groggy though. Tonight I may just skip the pseudoephedrine. I need to take it regularly because I have a bad post nasal drip that gets into my lungs and makes me cough like I'm dying. But a few nights should be good.

Got a second negative test. I was sure I was done with it, but the old guidelines required two negative tests at least 24 hours apart, so I figured what the hey, go for it.

Also I will be practicing hunger tolerance tomorrow as I do my prep for my third ever colonoscopy on Wednesday. It has been over 5 years since my last one. For some reason I'm really nervous. Hi all, I've been out of town; my DD and SIL house from Thursday til last evening (late). I need to dink a lot more water today; I can feel I'm bloated from the airline travel. I had some credits; we didn't eat out much because of the 9 month old baby. And, alcohol intake was low because nothing until she went to bed and if I drink much I don't sleep well. Also said "no thanks" to the airline snacks even though I was bored. Easter dinner was very healthy and in moderate amounts. Each day I had over 12K steps plus lots of floor activity with the baby. I need to make a grocery store stop for salad stuff and produce. We were home late so it will be an early bedtime for me. I'll weight tomorrow morning.
