Yesterday was just a bad day. I was exhausted and didn't exercise, I had errands to do in the am so couldn't exercise when I have the most energy and as a result, I snacked way more than I should all day because I was sitting around and reading, rather than doing things.
Haven't logged but I did use my habit tracker.
I'm feeling a lot better today

Falling behind in posting. Medical appts. yesterday threw me off.
Thursday credits:

DH went to get gift cards Thursday at this fancy-dan pizza place that only takes online orders Friday through Sunday. When he arrived to purchase said cards, they were selling by the slice, a new thing for them. He thought he ordered a slice and when his order came it was "4 and 3": 4 pepperoni, 3 sausage. I asked him why he didn't give it back and ask for the single slice. He was all "the guy had already rung it up", but I think he just wanted all the slices. They were huge too. Anyway, he ate 2 slices Thursday (I refrained) and we saved the rest for designated Friday pizza night. Needless to say, these slices are way more caloric than our usual frozen Italian pizzas we get shipped to us. So bad news a-comin' with the weight in the next few days.
Friday credits: Weighed - up 0.4 lb. Otherwise the same as Thursday, except didn't mediate and obvs went way over plan thanks to those giant pizza slices. I cut them in half and they were still huge.

My weekend was a mixed bag of good/bad. We had company so eating was more than usual. I did a lot of exercise (completed for the week) and extra yard work thrown in I am much better tolerating hunger and sitting when I eat. DH has snacks overnight but I'm good ignoring him.

We are in the middle of a family emergency that is taking a lot emotional energy. Today exterior painters arrive as well as construction folks in the laundry room. I made a decision to have supper and drinks out vs. planned menu. Then we had to move all the outside furniture (some into the house from the upper deck) and of course clear the laundry room. Things are a mess in/out right now. But, I'm headed out to walk then will make my lunch and lift weights...

Thanks ermabom and lani. Today I made 100% excellent choices plus 12K steps and lifted weights. And, the laundry room cabinets are in and look great. One project nearing completion!

I was off yesterday. Eating choices a C+, activity and exercise A+. Official WI was -0.2#. I'll take it. Stress-wise things are improving. My BIL is still in the hospital but was so much better yesterday; hopefully it will continue (but he will still need to go to rehab). The exterior house painting is going well and the color choice wasn't a mistake! The laundry room project is complete and it is exactly what I had in mind
