Three weeks of tracking down. I'm not going to speak about what my log looked like yesterday, just that I took the time to be honest with myself. I did take my vitamins but slacked a bit on water. We did cook dinner, I skipped rice. Today will be a clean out the fridge leftovers type of a dinner.
I managed about an hour long nap yesterday afternoon. I was so tired I felt like my legs would give out on me. I think that besides the necessities, no additional housework will go on today. We need to rest and recharge every once in a while.

Everyone overate at last night's dinner out, but it was so delicious it was completely calorie-worthy for me.
Sunday credits:
Weighed - up 0.2 lb. Read new posts, posted Had about 250 calories less for breakfast than usual. Made up for it and then some at dinner. Tracked as best I could Strength & flexibility exercises. Did the evening ones even though it meant I didn't get to bed until 12:25 AM. Wrote plan for today Ate sitting, mindfully

Hey, I'm here. Plugging around--status quo. The tags keep my head alert. I work on "something" every day. Yesterday was "I do not eat unplanned food at work". I think today will be to ensure I am sitting while I eat.
It is very hot here; this week I adjusted my exercise schedule around so back out in the morning instead of afternoon or evening. I always work it out but sometimes it make me stressed to thing about having to change things up. Yes I have done it for years! LOL.
I have done more traveling the past several months and more to come (DD is having a baby in a couple weeks). I am weary of the travel but I feel empowered when I keep control of my eating.

I'm down a bit from the wedding, open house, and two birthdays but I have been eating junk food like crazy so I am amazed that haven't gained. Time to really rein it in. More water today and I have a few easy-to-grab healthy things for lunch so I won't go searching for more junk. I got most, but not all, of it out of the house and the rest goes to a fried today.

Finally out of the honeymoon phase of rediscovering food logs, back to the reality (drudgery) mentality. Once I fight my way past that maybe, just maybe will it become a reflex and healthy habit.
The twice-weekly weights seem to be a sweet spot, allowing me to see the fluctuations without sending me into a illogical, dysfunctional tailspin.
Exercise is still a struggle for me, I am just focusing on being more active in general. Even if it means 3-4 trips to Hellmart for various items.

I have a big credit to report. I was at the doctor for a pre-op visit and have lost 5-6 lbs since Jan when I was last weighed on that scale. Yea, some of it could be clothing but based on my past history of weighing myself multiple times in a day, I know that that stuff doesn't add more than a lb or a bit more to my weight. I was too busy yesterday with lots of stuff to exercise. But I got in almost 8K steps and 9 floors so I was active all day long. Today will also be a challenge. Let's see how it goes. I had to split my lunch in two so I'm counting the second part as a snack and that is why I didn't stick to plan. Credits: Read cards Logged food Used habit tracker Gave myself credit pirouette, food logging is a giant pain. I am doing it regularly now and honestly and I still find it a pain every day. That is why I track it in my habit tracker.

I have a busy weekend ahead with a lot of activity. I'm hoping that will keep me from eating unplanned stuff. Obviously reading all the cards and doing all the usual Beck things too. But if I have time on my hands, eating is still up there in terms of things to do. Which is why I try to keep busy doing other things.
Yesterday was just OK. I got up very early so was tired most of the day. Didn't make the best choices. But I did squeeze in exercise by planning for it.

Have upped my exercise but so far have been having trouble getting back to drinking more water. At least I finally threw away the chips leftover from our myriad parties. DH won't touch then and I have found myself grabbing a few every so often even though I don't really like them. Farmer's market and antique auto show on tap this weekend but no eating out.

Well my weekend got a wrench thrown in it. Someone rear-ended me in a parking lot yesterday so this morning is going to be spent going to auto body places to get estimates. The guy wants to avoid insurance claims if he can. But we've called our insurance agent and notified him although we haven't filed a claim yet. I'll see what the guy says after the estimates. Thank goodness the car is drivable and the only real problem is that the taillight on that side is broken. Otherwise it is just a big dent in the fender.
My credit is that I stayed calm all the way through and I'm still relatively calm. Annoyed yes, but overall calm. And I didn't go off plan yesterday at all.
