I ended up eating sweet stuff at breakfast because there was really nothing else that I wanted to eat. I don’t eat eggs or pancakes and there weren’t any bagels or peanut butter which is my main hotel breakfast. I don’t normally eat breakfast but when we get a hotel that has breakfast included, I eat it and skip lunch. That is what I did yesterday. Dinner was as usual.
The only exercise I got was going up and down the stairs to do laundry in my son’s house. I also carried the suitcases up the stairs to the bedroom.
So far so good on this trip.

I'm still at it and still have only lost part of what I gained during the wedding-birthday blowouts a month ago. It took a long time to get back in the swing. We have a big trip coming up that may put a crimp in my routine, so I plan to focus on basics. Hope to at least get in a lot of walking.
Ermabom, I do the same thing about usually no breakfast but if it's included I (try to) skip lunch).\\

Was at my son’s house yesterday. Ate a small lunch - just salad, no breakfast - but had a nice meal with good ice cream after. Ate half the dinner. I will eat the other half for dinner tonight.

Went hiking yesterday am and had a big lunch after. Then went for an hour long walk in the pm with a light dinner

Did OK yesterday. I was hungry when I got home so I ate a few Kind bars instead of making myself lunch. But dinner was fine and I didn't eat at night. I am hoping that almost two weeks of not doing this habit is going to stick. I'm determined that I will do my best to make it stick. The day was filled with lots of chores around the house as is today and tomorrow.

I tried to plan for the weekend but I noticed that I did not rest as well as I normally do and had a number of slips. I hit the caffeine, bread and carbohydrates fairly hard. But looking honestly at my my behavior, I have done SO much better than I would have in the past.
I have never been good at napping. That is a habit that I will need to learn. On weekends that would fix a multitude of ills.
I have my food plan for the work week. Noom lesson continues continues to focus on slips and lapses which is perfect.

My daily focus continues to be eating while seated at the table. I'm solid for meals, however my challenge is with after dinner grazing/munching.

Normal weigh in day is Thursday. I was down. This weekend we had company and I did a lot of cooking but stuck to my plans. I had incorporated a lot of veggies in place of carbs and weighted and measured everything. On the road again this week.
My focus this week is reading my ARC's. Don't want to start forgetting why I'm doing this. Keep up with the veggies and fruit.

Didn't exercise yesterday but was very active all day. I'm trying to get a bunch of cleaning and weeding in before I have my carpal tunnel surgery tomorrow. I got a lot of cleaning done yesterday. If I can swing it, I have two more things to do today. But I need to get the weeds out first - the ones that have popped up during our trip.

Hi, ermabom hoping your surgery is successful, and the healing process is swift and smooth. I'd say I had an 80/20 holiday weekend. Took a break from Beck reading, though adhered to the mindful, eating seated stuff. Sadly, I mindfully overate some cookies. Twice. I think I need to stop doing food true confessions here, because it has been leading to more mental self-castigation vs just letting it go as long as I've tracked it. I have my grocery list laid out from my meal plan options for the new week. Now, just need to exercise ky resistance muscle during the actual shopping process.
