I stopped doing it.
And we are back from vacation with COVID. the only positive thing is that I lost my senses of smell and taste, and I am not hungry.
I should use this time to start over with tracking and ARC.

charlotte21, so sorry! I hope you have a speedy recovery. Wednesday credits: Weighed - down 0.6 lb. My many on-plan days are finally paying off and I am back in the range I prefer. Read new posts, posted Meditated Tracked Ate sitting, mindfully Strength & flexibility exercises Ended day 260 calories under plan Wrote today's plan - which I am going to revise. Attending a b-day party Saturday. DH's and my first thought was to move pizza night to Sunday so we won't be too tired at the party. Pizza night involves wine. But we don't want to wait and will do it tonight instead.

Surgery Is over. So far so good. It was laparoscopic. It is difficult to type with the bandage which will be on for a week so I'll be posting less I think, unless I master the skill

Mare, Thank you for including me in the tag list. While I don’t contribute as much as I should I do check in each day and I follow the exercises you give us.
This weekend we will be doing chores around the house. Such as cleaning the fir needles off the roof, applying moss killer, and cleaning gutters. Hope to also get the garage door painted. Lots of exercise in going up and down ladders!
Fresh food from the garden. New salad recipes to try.

Farmers' market tomorrow collecting lots of fruits and vegetables! We've gone with a lighter menu for our daily weekend meals of a light version chicken tikka masala.

I bought produce as soon as I got back from my trip. However, cooking is relatively simple for the next week. SO gets to decide what we are eating because he has to chop the vegetables and do some of the work, I can't lift with my right hand and definitely cannot use a knife.
I have not been very on-plan the last couple of days. I need to get back on track today

Weighed - up 2 lbs. (!) I do take my measurements daily and they have not changed so I am blaming serious water weight. Read new posts, posted Meditated Ate sitting, mindfully Strength & flexibility exercises Tried to track. Guessing at calorie consumption at b'day party. Ended day 160 calories under plan, if my party food calorie guess is correct. Wrote plan for today

Doing OK so far. Still taking pain meds but only 2x a day. I may take it 3x today because I raised myself last night to turn over with the right hand in the wrong position. The pain woke me right up! It is a bit sore this am.

Not too bad a day yesterday. Did as much stuff as I could around the house and garden. This bandage is really hampering me. Two more days and it is off. But I was tired after dinner so vegged out.
I'm not exercising because I don't know how I will wash my hair after. My right hand has to be in a bag when I shower and I use both hands to shampoo and apply conditioner,.

Timely yet again. I am a sucker for a prettily decorated sugar cookie and I have a package on the kitchen counter. They will need to be brought to work, put in the freezer or tossed, if needed.
I am generally very proud of my refrigerator contents, it is the extra crapotchka that gets me into trouble.
